They couldn't participate in the #EnjoyEverySandwich Tour this year, but our friends at SERG Restaurant Group still wanted to collaborate on something special, so we were invited to Poseidon to enjoy their "Fresh Catch Sandwich," a charcoal-grilled redfish that was spectacular! You can't beat this view on Hilton Head Island, and you won't find this wide an array of fresh grilled fish anywhere else in the area, we're told... When I was a young teen, I hung out at the Shelter Cove Mall playing video games on a rainy vacation day. Now I have the luxury of indulging in a wonderful seafood meal at Shelter Cove Towne Centre with the beautiful Broad Creek in the background anytime I so choose.
