We appreciate your patience on this one, and it will come in handy, because it's our longest one yet! I'll keep the caption short in the interest of brevity, but we really couldn't avoid an extended episode this week, as we covered a LOT of news and notes up front, and discussed perhaps the most important category of all, upscale dining. While our individual definitions of "upscale" may vary, we looked at it from this perspective... If you have family, friends, or colleagues in town for ONE night and they can only enjoy ONE meal, where would you tell them to go? I am asked quite often what the "best" restaurants are in Hilton Head, and that's a tough question to answer, but if I have to recommend a select few elite options, the "best of the best," if you will, I routinely respond with three options on the island and two here in Bluffton. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of other worthy candidates, and we'll get to them eventually within other episode lists, but these are my go-to, never can go wrong, guaranteed satisfaction recommendations.
